An Open Day with Connections

An Open Day with Connections

The artists from Connections invited guests to view a selection of artwork created since the launch of the project in September 2009.
Thursday 15 July 2010

Over the past months the artists from Connections have embarked on an extraordinary journey which has at times been challenging, but they have found their way and the result is five evolving bodies of artwork which push boundaries, re-define the artform and challenge preconceptions.

Whilst experimenting with a range of visual arts media, the artists have been exploring themes of personal identity, social convention and creativity.

Visitors to the Open Day were delighted to meet the artists and see a selection of the artwork they have created. The response was extremely positive and we are looking forward to the group's exhibition in March 2011.

Connections is run in partnership with the Camden Society and funded by London Borough of Camden.
