Studio Voltaire

This project runs twice a week at Studio Voltaire in Clapham.

The Tuesday group have recently completed a project, 'Pigs Might Fly,' where they created a film that was screened at The Pump House Gallery on October 24th 2006. This was a very successful project.This was part of the Wandsworth Arts Festival and a partnership project with Action Space, Shape and The Pump House Gallery. The Studio Voltaire groups have had three other major exhibitions of their own, 'Big Show,' (Studio Voltaire) '18 Drivers' (Studio Voltaire) & 'The Look Here Show,' (BAC) which were all very successful and had a lot of press coverage. The groups also gave tours of their exhibitions to the public. Some of the artists have been selected to take part in the high profile members show at Studio Voltaire and they all exhibit work in the Open Studios at Studio Voltaire twice a year. The group will have work on display at an exhibition OurSpace at the new University College London Hospital Street Gallery in June 2007.
